Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

There are no cancellations or refunds on any emailed design. I am happy to correct any mistakes on my part. But as long as the product is as pictured on the listing, no refunds will be given.

Your purchased files are available automatically once payment has cleared. If you are having issues downloading, please send me a message.

Your download links will not expire. If you should ever find that they’re missing, please contact me and I’ll get them to you ASAP.
